About King Villages
Small team.
Serious experience.
A hands-on golf construction partner built around close collaboration, attentive execution, and pride in the finished work.
Field leadership
Experience that stays close to the work.
Owner, president, and project manager Esteban Gamez brings more than 30 years of golf course construction experience. He founded E&M Golf Construction in Michigan in 2011, then relocated to Florida in 2019 and continued the work as King Villages Landscaping & Golf Construction.
The company’s close-knit structure supports direct communication with owners, architects, superintendents, and construction partners. The aim is straightforward: understand the design, solve field conditions collaboratively, and execute each detail with care.
Every project begins with someone trusting us with their vision. To the owners, architects, superintendents, contractors, crews, and project partners who have welcomed King Villages onto their projects—thank you.
Your confidence gave us opportunities that shaped our company, strengthened our craft, and became part of our story. We are proud of what we have built together and deeply grateful to everyone who gave us the chance to contribute to their project.
